01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 500jili ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 500jili online casino platform, accessible at https://500jili.app ("the Platform").

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. 500jili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you do not meet these requirements.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 500jili platform, including placing bets and making withdrawals, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
2. One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 500jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Ownership: Your 500jili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

500jili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your 500jili account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing system.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method.
• 500jili does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. 500jili reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

500jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 500jili reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the 500jili platform. Game-specific rules are available within each game and take precedence over these general rules where there is a conflict.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 500jili does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 500jili reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 500jili will use its best efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, bets will generally be returned to the player's account balance.
• 500jili uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, unauthorized payment methods, or in breach of these Terms will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• 500jili reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game settings, or software errors that resulted in an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 500jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one player account on the 500jili platform.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or 500jili employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct in connection with the platform or any game.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 500jili platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of 500jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from 500jili.
